Star Porcelain Vase
Stamped. Signed in Old Turkish “Halit (Naci)” (1875 – 1927). Dated h. 1326 (1908). The bulbous body on a round base has a narrow neck, double handles and a wide mouth. The gilded handle is in the form of a branch and flower. Landscapes are depicted on both sides of the body on a coral-colored background. The base, neck and mouth are decorated with stylized flower and leaf motifs in relief.

CATALOGUE NOTES
The long neck of the round and flat body on a low base is knotted. Both sides of the body are decorated with gilded medallions on a coral-colored background. Various landscapes are depicted inside the medallions. The body is surrounded by stylized flower motifs, and the base and neck are surrounded by gilded water.

COUNT MARCOLINI
MEISSEN PORCELAIN HOOKAH AND PLATE
The hookah has a round base, a swollen body, a narrow and long neck. The plate has a flat bottom, a wide body and flared edges. The high-bodied cool fire and mouth are made of metal. All parts are decorated with diagonal water consisting of gold gilded medallions on a white and dark pink background. Inside the medallions are stylized pink rose and orange tulip motifs. The body and base are decorated with garlands consisting of various flowers. Flower motifs are appliqued to the cool body. The sliced border of the plate is surrounded by gilded stylized curved branch and leaf motifs. The base and cool flowers of the hookah are slightly spattered.
