Portakal Art and Culture House has been organizing auctions, providing antique dealing, gallery management, art consultancy and appraisals since 1914.

In our galleries in Nişantaşı, Ottoman works of art, paintings, calligraphy, silver, tombac, furniture, textiles, porcelain and chandeliers are offered for sale. After the expert assessment is completed with the advisory board consisting of experts, the works are evaluated by being offered for sale on behalf of their owners at auctions or in our galleries.

In addition to these, the works are also purchased by our institution. Expertise studies are carried out in our galleries in Nişantaşı or in the locations where the works are located. Before the auctions, special promotional exhibitions are organized in our galleries. Art lovers learn about the works they are interested in and examine them closely in these exhibitions. In addition to auction exhibitions, special collection exhibitions are also organized in the galleries of Portakal Art and Culture House.
