The tughra drawn in gold with black outlines is illuminated with various colored floral motifs. It is written in calligraphy using gold and black ink. “Merchants who came to trade in Dobrevnik and some other places under the Ottoman Empire lose the Imperial Ahidname in their possession and request a new document. They are to pay a tax of 10,500 florins according to the procedure that has been in effect since the time of Sultan Mehmed and to be given a new Ahidname with a noble badge.”
